Terms for Cancel Reservations:

In case of necessity to delete a reservation already confirmed, the customer should notify us by a written document, by email or letter. The deleting of the reservation is subject to administrative fees and fines, according to the conditions described below and the current legislation.

Considering the first day of the reservation’s period, the amount of money already paid will be returned in the following ways:

- Waiver of the reserve by the host for the reservation’s period: in the form of Article 49 and sole paragraph of Law No. 8078 of 11.09.1990 (the Consumer Code).

 

- With less than 45 days and till 30 days notice there will be no refund; the amount already paid will be converted into credit for new reserves to be used within one year and in accordance with current prices and availability. With less than 30 days, there will be no refund at all nor credit

 

- With more than 45 days notice will be refunded 50% of the amount already paid (minus bank charges) and the remaining 50% will be converted into credit for new reserves, under the same conditions of the preceding clause.

 

- Waiver of the entry in the apartment: the cancellation of your stay on arrival in the structure or after entry into the apartment, as well as early exit for any reason, including incidentals and force majeure, will not qualify to any kind of return, cash refund or credit for new reservations, thus losing the entire amount paid for the stay.

 

- "NO SHOW" (renunciation without presentation): the absence in the date of arrival without written notice will be considered "no show" (waiving without cancellation). The apartment will be available for 24 hours as of the time of check-in. After this period the reservation will be canceled (withhold 100% of the amount paid) and the apartment will be made available to other potential clients; there will be no refund of the amount paid or credit for new reservations under any hypothesis, including the fortuitous reasons or force majeure.

Electricity, water and gas;

Daily cleaning service (Tuesday and Holiday excluded) barbecue, kitchen and kitchen utensils excluded;

Sheets and towels changed every 3 days.

 

We don’t serve breakfast.

Upon request: parking and possibility to host small sized pets.
